Q-Step & Leeds Data Science Society host joint event on HR Data Analytics
Q-Step and the Leeds Data Science Society ran a joint workshop on 7th June on the topic of HR Data Analytics. Attended by around 30 participants, Professor Chris Forde, Q-Step Co-ordinator at the University of Leeds presented on ‘HR data analytics: past, present and future’. The presentation and subsequent question and answer session looked at the growing interest and use of HR data analytics, and explored some of the potential and challenges that this brings for social and data scientists.
